July – The Fireworks Eye Safety Month

We all know that fireworks are a fun way for all Americans to celebrate the Independence Day on the Fourth of July. However, we must be very careful when handling fireworks as these can cause devastating and life-changing injuries. Each year, thousands of people are injured by fireworks in July. In addition to fireworks, we can also celebrate the Fourth of July with family reunions, concerts, barbecues, picnics, parades and baseball games. July is also the busiest month for tourism and business in USA. That means it is also one of the busiest months for us at AML-Global.

Some Interesting Interpreting & Translation Projects Completed in July

We recently completed several translation projects one of those was a Japanese translation of Corporate documents for WYNN Hotel, Las Vegas. We completed the project in record turnaround time with a great accuracy and the client was also very satisfied with us. Another interesting translation project we did was a medical device translation project for Slater Endoscopy; We translated an instruction booklet to Portuguese, Swedish, Finnish and Dutch. Our experienced team of medical translators were able to meet the exact demand within the deadline. One more interesting translation project we completed was for the Municipal Water District of OC; we translated a document regarding Boiling of water into Tagalog, Vietnamese, Farsi, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Hindi, Korean and Arabic. As always, the job was flawless and was delivered on time.

In addition to translation, we also did various interpreting projects. One of it was for the USC School of Cinematic Arts; it was a multilingual conference and was held in its campus in Los Angeles. We provided them with an array of interpreting equipment such as headsets, receivers, transmitters and an interpreting booth. We also provided them with on-site technicians who were highly experienced and educated, to set up the devices and ensure a professional and productive event for all.
