May 2026 Performance Highlights
May was a month characterized by accessibility, multilingual engagement, and continued support for organizations serving increasingly diverse audiences. Across corporate environments, healthcare providers, legal practices, educational institutions, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, AML-Global delivered interpreting, translation, transcription, and conference support services in numerous languages and modalities.
This month showcased the breadth of language access needs across industries. From Korean interpreting at large-scale events and ASL support in healthcare settings to extensive legal and medical translation projects, our teams helped organizations communicate clearly, inclusively, and effectively.
Below is a sector-based overview of our May performance.
Medical & Healthcare Sector
Healthcare organizations continued to rely on AML-Global for both interpreting and translation services designed to improve accessibility and patient understanding. Throughout May, medical providers utilized ASL Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services across a variety of clinical settings, ensuring Deaf and Hard of Hearing patients could participate fully in medical consultations and treatment discussions. A county mental health department alone required more than 20 hours of ASL VRI services, reflecting the growing importance of accessible behavioral healthcare.
Additional interpreting assignments included Kosraean language support for a major healthcare system, as well as multilingual services supporting audiology, prosthetics, women’s healthcare, and specialty medical practices.
Translation activity was equally significant. A national healthcare provider required more than 37,000 words translated into Spanish to support patient communications and healthcare documentation. Additional projects included Chinese, Danish, and Haitian Creole translations, helping ensure that critical medical information was accessible to patients from a wide range of linguistic backgrounds.
In healthcare environments, effective communication is essential to quality care, patient engagement, and positive outcomes.
Legal Sector
The legal sector remained one of the most linguistically diverse areas of activity during May. Legal interpreting assignments were delivered in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Punjabi, and Korean, utilizing on-site, phone, and video remote interpreting modalities. These services supported attorneys, clients, and legal professionals navigating complex matters across multiple languages.
Translation projects were equally substantial. Legal clients required more than 12,000 words translated into Spanish, while additional projects supported legal communications in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other languages. Translation work also included Spanish-to-English and Haitian Creole-to-English projects, ensuring accurate communication across multilingual legal proceedings and documentation.
Several law firms also relied on AML-Global for specialized language services, including certified translations, multilingual legal correspondence, and document review support.
In legal settings, language services provide the clarity and precision necessary to support fairness, due process, and effective representation.
Corporate & Consulting Sector
Corporate clients continued to engage AML-Global for a wide range of language access solutions throughout May. Large-scale interpreting projects included more than 42 hours of on-site Korean interpreting at a major live event, highlighting the growing demand for multilingual support in corporate and entertainment environments. Additional assignments included Japanese and Turkish VRI interpreting, along with multiple ASL interpreting engagements delivered both on-site and remotely.
Corporate translation projects spanned several languages, including Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Polish. Organizations also relied on AML-Global for multilingual transcription services, particularly for media and communications-related projects that required content to be accurately converted and localized across languages.
Several corporate clients also required conference support and equipment services to facilitate multilingual meetings and events. Together, these projects demonstrate how language services continue to support global collaboration, workforce inclusion, and effective communication across industries.
Corporate language services remain strategic tools that help organizations connect with employees, partners, and audiences around the world.
Education Sector
Educational institutions relied on AML-Global to facilitate communication among students, families, faculty, and administrators. Interpreting services included Arabic support for a school district and ASL VRI services for a major university, helping ensure accessibility and equal participation in educational environments.
Translation projects also played an important role in supporting multilingual school communities. Educational materials were translated into Thai and other languages to help schools communicate effectively with families from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
As educational institutions continue to serve increasingly multicultural populations, language services remain essential to creating equitable learning environments and fostering family engagement.
Government & Public Agencies
Government organizations continued to rely on AML-Global to ensure public information and services remained accessible to diverse communities.
Interpreting assignments included ASL services and multilingual support for public-sector communications, while translation projects included Spanish and Hmong language materials designed to reach broader audiences. These efforts help government agencies communicate effectively with residents and ensure equitable access to important information and services.
Government language services play a critical role in promoting accessibility, transparency, and community engagement.
NGO Sector
Nonprofit organizations utilized AML-Global’s services to support community outreach and accessibility initiatives throughout May.
ASL interpreting, French interpreting, and multilingual translation services helped nonprofit organizations connect with the communities they serve. Additional translation projects included Korean-language materials supporting outreach and educational efforts.
These projects highlight the important role language services play in helping nonprofit organizations expand their reach, engage diverse populations, and advance their missions.
In the nonprofit sector, communication is often the bridge that connects organizations with the communities they are working to serve.
Events & Community Engagement
May featured a variety of events requiring multilingual communication and accessibility support. Large-scale on-site Korean interpreting supported a major public event, while ASL services were provided for corporate meetings, educational programs, nonprofit initiatives, and community engagements.
Conference support services and interpreting technology also helped organizations create more inclusive experiences for attendees. Whether delivered on-site, remotely, or by phone, these services ensured participants could engage fully regardless of language or communication needs.
When people come together to collaborate, learn, and celebrate, language services help ensure every voice can be heard.
May, Opportunity, and the Power of Understanding
May is often associated with growth, achievement, and new opportunities. Schools celebrate graduations, organizations launch new initiatives, and communities gather for events that bring people together. At the center of these moments is communication-the ability to share ideas, exchange knowledge, and build meaningful connections.
This month’s work reflects the important role language services play in creating those connections. Whether supporting a patient during a healthcare appointment, helping a family engage with a school, facilitating legal communication, or making an event accessible through ASL interpreting, every project contributed to greater understanding and inclusion.
At AML-Global, we remain committed to helping organizations communicate across languages, cultures, and communities. Through professional interpreting, translation, transcription, and accessibility services, we continue to help our clients build stronger relationships and reach broader audiences.
