April 2026

April 2026 Performance Highlights

April was a month marked by versatility, accessibility, and multilingual engagement across a wide range of industries. From healthcare providers and legal professionals to educational institutions, nonprofits, and corporate organizations, AML-Global delivered interpreting, translation, transcription, accessibility, and conference support services in dozens of languages and formats.

This month demonstrated the growing demand for both traditional language services and specialized accessibility solutions. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), multilingual translation, transcription, and conference equipment support all played an important role in helping organizations communicate effectively with increasingly diverse audiences.

Below is a sector-based overview of our April performance.

Medical & Healthcare Sector

Healthcare organizations continued to rely on AML-Global to support both patient communication and accessibility initiatives. Throughout April, medical providers engaged our team for ASL interpreting services in both on-site and virtual settings, ensuring Deaf and Hard of Hearing patients could fully participate in healthcare discussions and treatment planning.

Multilingual interpreting services were also delivered in French, Japanese, Mandarin, and Dari, supporting a variety of clinical consultations and patient interactions. These assignments demonstrate the linguistic diversity present in healthcare environments and the importance of providing patients with information in a language they fully understand.

On the translation side, healthcare organizations required materials translated into Spanish, French, Japanese, Khmer, Lao, and even Braille, highlighting the industry’s commitment to accessibility and inclusive patient communication. One clinical research consortium required more than 11,000 words translated into Spanish, while a major health system relied on AML-Global for multilingual translations supporting diverse patient populations.

In healthcare environments, language access and accessibility remain essential components of quality care, patient safety, and positive health outcomes.

Legal Sector

April brought a wide variety of language needs within the legal sector, reflecting the increasingly global nature of legal proceedings and documentation.

Legal interpreting assignments were delivered in Mandarin, Arabic, Albanian, Bulgarian, Hebrew, Greek, Malayalam, and Spanish through both virtual and on-site modalities. These services supported legal consultations, proceedings, and case-related communications requiring absolute accuracy and confidentiality.

Translation and transcription projects were equally diverse. Legal clients relied on AML-Global for Portuguese-to-English translation, English-to-Spanish translation, Chinese translation, and multilingual class action communications in Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Chinese. Additional projects included Arabic-to-English transcription and certified translation services supporting legal documentation requirements.

The breadth of languages requested this month underscores the growing need for legal language services that can support clients, witnesses, and legal professionals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

In legal settings, language services ensure accuracy, fairness, and equal access to justice.

Corporate & Consulting Sector

Corporate clients continued to engage AML-Global for multilingual communication, accessibility initiatives, and conference support services.

Spanish VRI interpreting supported corporate meetings and business communications, while ASL interpreting was delivered for organizations across a variety of industries, helping ensure accessibility for employees, stakeholders, and event participants. Additional interpreting assignments included Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages to facilitate collaboration and workforce communication.

Corporate translation projects included a significant English-to-Spanish translation exceeding 52,000 words, along with numerous multilingual formatting, desktop publishing, certification, and document preparation projects. These assignments required not only linguistic accuracy but also professional presentation and formatting standards.

Conference support services remained an important component of our corporate work. Equipment rentals, including headset and receiver systems, were utilized for meetings and events requiring multilingual communication support. These services demonstrate AML-Global’s ability to provide complete language access solutions beyond interpreting and translation alone.

Corporate language services continue to help organizations foster inclusion, improve communication, and support global operations.

Education Sector

Educational institutions relied on AML-Global to support accessibility, multilingual family engagement, and academic communications throughout April.

Spanish interpreting services assisted schools in communicating effectively with students and families, while ASL interpreting supported accessibility across educational environments. Additional assignments included Mandarin and other language services that reflected the multicultural communities served by educational institutions.

Translation projects ranged from Chinese, Dari, and Thai to specialized ASL-to-English translation services. One university required a significant ASL-to-English translation project, demonstrating the increasing importance of accessible communication across academic settings. Another school district required Chinese translations to support outreach efforts to multilingual families and communities.

Educational language services play a critical role in ensuring that all students and families have equal access to information, resources, and opportunities.

Government & Public Agencies

Government-related work this month centered on accessibility and multilingual communication support. Public entities continued to rely on AML-Global for language services that help bridge communication gaps between institutions and the communities they serve.

Whether through ASL interpreting or multilingual support services, these projects reflected the ongoing need for government agencies to provide accessible communication and equitable access to information.

Government language services strengthen public trust by ensuring transparency, accessibility, and effective engagement with diverse populations.

NGO Sector

Nonprofit organizations continued to utilize AML-Global’s services to support community outreach and engagement initiatives.

Arabic and Spanish interpreting services helped nonprofit organizations communicate effectively with diverse audiences, while translation projects ensured that important information could be shared across language barriers. Equipment support services also played a role in helping nonprofit organizations facilitate accessible events and meetings.

Language services allow nonprofit organizations to expand their reach and better serve the communities that depend on them.

Events & Community Engagement

April featured a variety of events requiring both language access and technical support. ASL interpreting was frequently utilized for meetings, presentations, and community programs, ensuring accessibility for Deaf participants.

Conference equipment, including headset and receiver systems, supported multilingual environments where participants required real-time access to interpreted content. Combined with virtual and on-site interpreting services, these solutions enabled organizations to create more inclusive experiences for attendees.

When people come together to learn, collaborate, and share ideas, language services ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate fully.

April, Understanding, and Building Stronger Communities

April is often associated with growth, awareness, and connection. As communities, organizations, and institutions continue to engage with increasingly diverse audiences, effective communication becomes more important than ever.

This month’s projects reflect a simple but powerful reality: meaningful communication creates stronger relationships. Whether supporting a patient during a medical consultation, helping a family engage with a school, facilitating a legal proceeding, or ensuring accessibility at a corporate event, language services help people connect across cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.

At AML-Global, we are proud to support those connections every day through professional interpreting, translation, transcription, and accessibility services. By helping organizations communicate without barriers, we help create more inclusive communities and more meaningful opportunities for engagement.
