AML-Global Monthly Milestones

July 2026 Performance Highlights

July was a month defined by remarkable volume, linguistic diversity, and comprehensive language access solutions. Across healthcare providers, legal organizations, corporations, educational institutions, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and large-scale conferences, AML-Global delivered hundreds of interpreting hours alongside nearly one million translated words across dozens of languages. The month also highlighted the growing demand for accessibility services, including American Sign Language (ASL), Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART), conference interpreting, and multilingual document localization.

From complex legal matters and high-volume healthcare translations to nationwide corporate meetings and multilingual conferences, our teams continued to help organizations communicate accurately, inclusively, and confidently.

Below is a sector-based overview of our July performance.

Medical & Healthcare Sector

Healthcare remained one of AML-Global’s busiest sectors throughout July, with organizations relying on both interpreting and translation services to improve communication with increasingly diverse patient populations.

Medical interpreting exceeded 370 hours, with assignments delivered in ASL, Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Dari, Farsi, Russian, and several other languages. Hospitals, specialty clinics, behavioral health providers, and rehabilitation facilities utilized both on-site and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services to ensure patients and healthcare professionals could communicate effectively during appointments, consultations, and treatment discussions.

Translation activity was equally impressive. Healthcare organizations required more than 354,000 words translated across multiple languages. One major university healthcare system alone required over 141,000 words translated into Spanish, in addition to more than 42,000 words translated into Traditional Chinese, demonstrating the significant demand for multilingual patient education and healthcare documentation. Additional projects supported translations into numerous other languages, ensuring essential medical information remained accessible to diverse communities.

In healthcare environments, language services continue to improve patient safety, strengthen provider-patient relationships, and ensure equitable access to care.

Legal Sector

The legal sector represented another major area of activity during July, requiring extensive interpreting and translation services across a broad range of languages and practice areas.

Legal interpreting exceeded 8,800 hours, supporting attorneys, courts, legal professionals, and clients through on-site, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI). Spanish remained one of the most requested languages, while additional assignments included Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Punjabi, Arabic, Russian, Korean, Hebrew, Farsi, and many others. These services facilitated depositions, client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings where accuracy and confidentiality were essential.

Legal translation projects totaled more than 96,000 words, including multilingual legal documentation, certified translations, and case-related materials translated both into and from English. These projects supported law firms and legal service providers working with multilingual clients across a variety of legal matters.

In legal settings, professional language services help ensure fairness, precision, and equal access to justice for every individual involved.

Corporate & Consulting Sector

Corporate organizations continued to depend on AML-Global for multilingual communication across workplace meetings, executive discussions, employee engagement, and international business operations.

Business interpreting exceeded 300 hours, with ASL, Japanese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Korean, and numerous additional languages supporting meetings, training sessions, and internal communications. Accessibility remained a priority, with many organizations requesting ASL interpreting for employees and participants, while others incorporated CART services to provide real-time communication access during presentations and meetings.

Translation activity within the corporate sector surpassed 435,000 words, making it one of the largest areas of work during the month. One major manufacturing organization required nearly 53,000 words translated into Canadian French, while numerous additional projects supported Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, German, Polish, and many other languages. Organizations also relied on AML-Global for formatting, desktop publishing, localization, and certified translation services to ensure multilingual materials maintained both linguistic accuracy and professional presentation.

Corporate language services continue to enable global collaboration, strengthen workplace inclusion, and help organizations communicate confidently across international markets.

Education Sector

Educational institutions continued to prioritize accessible communication for students, families, educators, and administrators throughout July.

Schools and universities relied on more than 100 hours of interpreting, including ASL, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, and other languages to facilitate educational meetings, family engagement, and student support services.

Translation projects exceeded 19,000 words, supporting multilingual educational materials translated into languages including Spanish, Chinese, and additional community languages. These projects helped educational institutions provide equal access to important academic information for multilingual families.

As educational communities become increasingly diverse, language services remain essential to promoting inclusion and ensuring every student and family can participate fully in the educational process.

Government & Public Agencies

Government agencies continued investing in multilingual communication to better serve their communities throughout July.

Public-sector organizations utilized approximately 186 hours of interpreting, including ASL and multiple spoken languages, helping agencies communicate effectively with residents through meetings, appointments, and public services.

Government translation projects exceeded 6,600 words, supporting multilingual public information translated into languages such as Spanish and Chinese to ensure accessibility across diverse populations.

Government language services strengthen transparency, accessibility, and meaningful public engagement.

NGO Sector

Nonprofit organizations continued to rely on AML-Global’s language services to expand their outreach and better serve multilingual communities.

Interpreting assignments included ASL and several spoken languages supporting community programs, advocacy initiatives, and outreach events. Translation projects exceeded 2,400 words, helping nonprofit organizations communicate important information to the communities they serve.

Through professional language services, nonprofit organizations are able to reach broader audiences, foster inclusion, and strengthen the impact of their missions.

Events & Community Engagement

July was another strong month for conferences, conventions, and live events requiring specialized language access solutions.

Conference and convention support exceeded 320 hours, with organizations relying on ASL interpreting, multilingual spoken-language interpreting, CART services, and professional conference equipment to create accessible experiences for attendees. These projects required careful coordination and technical expertise to ensure seamless communication in dynamic event environments.

Additionally, organizations utilized more than 27 hours of Over-the-Phone Interpreting across several languages, providing immediate communication support whenever remote interpreting was the most effective solution.

Whether supporting a corporate conference, public event, or community gathering, AML-Global continues to deliver comprehensive language access solutions that help every participant engage with confidence.

July, Collaboration, and Building Stronger Connections
