American Red Cross Month

President Franklin D. Roosevelt was the first to announce March as Red Cross Month in 1943. From there on, every president in the United States has titled March as Red Cross Month. American Red Cross is a non-profit, humanitarian organization that provides domestic disaster relief, blood donations, educational programs, and international relief. It has been helping people for more than 130 years. AML-Global is proud to work with so many non-profits on a regular and ongoing basis. These non-profits do fabulous work and solve many problems. We have worked with organizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Clinton Initiative, Feed the Children, The Elizabeth Glazer Foundation, Habitat for Horses, ASPCA, Disable Veteran Business, Legal Aid Foundation, Hemophilia Foundation, Global Food Bank, UN Refugee Agency, World Relief, World Wildlife Fund, Habitat for Humanity, and International Health Cooperative to name some.

Along with the great work we do with non-profits, AML-Global has provided translations for certificates, legal documents, technical documents, and medical documents to name a few. AML-Global recently did a translation job for Karl Storz Endoskope. This company is a global supplier and producer of medical gadgets and devices. It has many subsidiaries located in different continents and its headquarters are located in Germany. Karl Storz Endoskope requested a translation of its policies from English to French and Spanish languages. Our translators did a very good job and the company was very pleased with the translations.

We have perhaps the largest database of translators who are proficient to translate different languages. We often receive requests to translate not only common languages, but also specialized languages such as Farsi, Haitian Creole, Hebrew, Greek etc. Our translators are specialized and experienced professionals capable of translating every language.

We also do legal translations and have successfully served many Law Offices who seek our translation services. A year ago, our translators did a great job in translating a 9 page document from Mongolian to English. No matter how specialized the language is, we are always able to get the job done for the client.

Our expert legal interpreting services on specialized languages are called upon as well.’ Sometime back, C.Y. Lee Legal Group, PLLC requested a Tagalog interpreter to be present at the court. ‘Tagalog is a language spoken in some parts of Philippines. Although such languages are not called upon frequently, there still exists a demand for specialized interpreters in many languages for a number of different types of assignments.

American Language Services is a proud provider of translation, interpretation, transcription and media services to private industry, government at all levels, and educational and non-profit organizations.
