March is Women History Month and it celebrates the feats and contributions of women to culture, history and society.’ There are many distinguished women who overcame hurdles to bring awareness and create change for the advancement of society. For example, Malala Yousafzi is a notable young woman from Pakistan. She is a female activist and the youngest to receive a Nobel Prize in 2014.’ Despite an assassination attempt on her life, Malala continues to actively advocate worldwide education for women.
