May Milestones: Breaking Barriers in Legal, Healthcare, and Government Sectors with Language Solutions
At AML-Global, May was a month filled with purpose, progress, and impactful partnerships. As we continue our mission to dismantle language barriers across industries, our interpreting, translation, and localization services have played a vital role in helping organizations connect with the communities they serve.
This month, we’re excited to highlight key contributions across the Legal, Healthcare, and Government sectors, while also celebrating the personal connections made stronger through language access—especially as we honor Father’s Day and the power of understanding in families and beyond.
Ensuring Access to Justice in the Legal Sector
In May, AML-Global proudly supported clients in the legal field by providing comprehensive language solutions that uphold accuracy, compliance, and inclusivity. A prominent law firm based in Los Angeles that represents Latino immigrants in humanitarian cases such as T Visa and VAWA programs relied on our Spanish interpretation services, ensuring privacy and compassion during sensitive consultations.
We also partnered with a leading class action and mass arbitration legal firm, translating over 60,000 words from English into Spanish—enabling claimants to fully understand their rights and participate confidently in legal proceedings.
Additionally, we continued supporting an esteemed court reporting company by providing 80+ hours of Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) across languages including Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Tagalog, and American Sign Language (ASL). This seamless access helped legal professionals communicate effectively with diverse clients during depositions, hearings, and consultations.
Expanding Healthcare Access Through Multilingual Support
This month, AML-Global helped medical providers deliver critical care with clarity by translating and interpreting health information across numerous languages. A renowned California-based diagnostic laboratory known for its innovation in medical device manufacturing collaborated with us to translate medical documentation into eight languages, including Dutch, Greek, Portuguese, and German—ensuring patients and providers worldwide had accurate, user-friendly content.
We also worked closely with a pediatric therapy center to deliver real-time interpreting in Spanish and French, facilitating assessments and therapy sessions between specialists and multilingual families. Meanwhile, a university health system in the Midwest engaged AML-Global to translate over 30,000 words of materials related to mental health, chronic disease management, and public health education, covering languages such as Vietnamese, Farsi, Haitian Creole, and Punjabi.
Facilitating Inclusive Government Communication
In the public sector, AML-Global provided language access solutions that promote transparency and civic engagement. A state agency focused on disability rights in California relied on us to translate essential materials from English into Spanish and Tagalog, while ensuring ADA compliance.
We also provided onsite and remote interpretation services to a state pension fund, including over 10 hours of ASL interpretation, helping retirees and employees access crucial retirement and health benefit information.
Additionally, we supported a federal legal agency by translating procedural documents and correspondence between English and Russian, playing a critical role in multilingual legal processes and governmental collaboration.
Fun fact of the Month: A Father’s Voice, Honoring Father’s Day Through Language
This June, as we prepare to celebrate Father’s Day, we recognize that language isn’t just a professional tool—it’s deeply personal. Fathers all over the world guide, teach, and support their children, and sometimes, those words of wisdom come in different languages.
At AML-Global, we’re proud to support family law firms, healthcare providers, and community organizations by offering interpreting and translation services that help fathers be heard—whether it’s in a courtroom advocating for custody, a hospital supporting a newborn’s care, or a school meeting helping to shape their child’s future.
Language should never be a barrier to being present. That’s why our services—from ASL interpretation to document translation—help ensure every dad’s voice is understood.
Moving Forward with Purpose
May showed us once again that language is more than words—it’s connection, equity, and empowerment. Across legal cases, health consultations, and government programs, AML-Global remains committed to supporting our clients and the communities they serve through accurate, culturally informed communication solutions.
