An interesting translation project completed during the month of April was for a great client of ours Zebra Technologies. The job, which was highly technical in nature, involved translating a service description document from English into 10 different languages; German, Italian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Polish, Spanish, Russian, French, Turkish and Portuguese. This large translation project, with our outstanding translators, was of excellent quality and AML-Global was able to complete the project with a quick turnaround time.
Another translation project was finalized in April for Bi Search International, a company who is a provider of leading-edge LCD display solutions. An interface app and a manual needed to be translated from English into French, German, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. The job went well.
When our clients request that translations are done in various languages, it is important that they provide as much pertinent information as possible. For example, if a document is being translated into French, we would need to know if this is going to be European French or Canadian French. For Chinese, there are two main written styles which are Simplified and Traditional Chinese. For Portuguese, there is Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese. These details make a big difference in the final output our clients will receive from us.
