Interesting Interpreting & Translation Projects Completed in March
At the beginning of March we were able to provide the Academy of Osseointergration; an international association for professionals who have an interest in implant dentistry. For the 3 day dental conference, AML-Global was able to supply excellent Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese and European Portuguese interpreters who performed outstandingly and the dental conference went well.
Another very interesting interpreting project completed at the beginning of March was for a great client of ours the Simi Valley Unified School District. For the month of March, Simi Valley USD was in need of Arabic, Vietnamese, Telugu and Malayalam interpreters for various reasons including parent and teacher meetings. Over the years we have provided Simi Valley USD with many different interpreters in numerous languages including Pashto, Tongan, Farsi, Gujarati, Swedish, Dari, Korean, Mandarin, Thai and Spanish. As always, the interpreters were of a high professional quality and the interpreting job was a huge success.
We recently completed a huge translation project for Yukon Medical; a developer of innovative pharmaceutical preparation and drug delivery devices. One document needed to be translated from English into 24 different languages. The requested languages were: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Greek, Estonian, Hungarian, Arabic, Latvian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Serbian and Chinese. Each translation was perfect and the job was flawless.
Another interesting translation project was for Save the Children; an international non-governmental organization who aims to promote children’s rights and helps to support children in developing countries. For important policy documents, AML-Global was able to provide an excellent translation from English into Spanish, Arabic into English and Nepali into English. We translate for numerous non-profit organizations and always do an outstanding job.
For certification of documents, it is important to understand and follow the correct protocols. AML-Global does just that. Our process is that we certify in a one page affidavit that the completed translation is a true and accurate representation of the original document. We affirm that we have retained a professional translator. We then notarize the affidavit on one separate page and mail the client the original copy. Certification is optional, however for anything legal it is highly recommended, for example; litigated cases, patents, contracts, birth certificates, marriage documents, immigration documents etc.
