We recently completed an interesting interpreting job for Fiserv meeting services; a global leader in financial services technology solutions. The conference was held in the Omni Royal hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. ‘Several Spanish interpreters were needed as well as French and French ‘ Creole for the event, along with a full array of equipment including a fully encapsulated booth, portable headsets and receivers and on site-technicians. The conference went off without a hitch, and ensured that the client was kept happy.

Another huge conference requiring our interpreting services was for Tableau Software inc, through meeting and event planners MCW Events. The conference involved demonstrating the new Tableau Keynotes, along with breakout sessions, hands on training, networking meet-ups, parties and much more. For the 3 day conference in Las Vegas, 16 American Sign Language interpreters were needed not only for the main event but also for the live streaming for those unable to attend. The conference was a success.

In October, for UCLA Graduate School of Education, both interpreting and translation services were required. For translation, 3 very large documents needed to be translated from English into Spanish for an Argentinian institute. The translation of these documents were stellar kept the client happy. We also were able to provide them with a huge amount of interpreting for a 3 week time span. UCLA GSE & IS required Spanish interpreters, sound reduction booths, portable headsets and receivers, transmitters and on-site technicians. Because of the logistics of this event the event itself was very complicated and required extensive technical support. Both translation and interpretation projects were greatly successful.
