Some interesting historical tidbits that occurred in September are: composer George Frederick Handel finished Messiah after working on it nonstop for 23 days on September 14, 1741, the Treaty of Paris was signed by John Adams, Ben Franklin and John Jay formally ending the American Revolutionary War between Britain and the United States on September 3,1783, eight days after being shot President William McKinley died from wounds suffered during an assassination attempt in Buffalo, New York on September 14, 1901, on September 2, 1945 President Harry Truman declared V-J Day which commemorates the formal Japanese surrender to the Allies abroad the USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay and on September 11, 2001 the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history occurred as four large passenger jets were hijacked and crashed, killing nearly 3000 people.

Interpreting Projects Completed in September
We recently completed an interpreting project for Omnilife USA; a well-known multi-level marketing company who aim to create an environment that supports and inspires people to succeed. The project was a daylong conference and required certified Spanish interpreters along with a fully array of equipment including sound reduction booths, portable headsets and receivers and on-site technicians. The project went flawlessly.
Interesting Translation Projects Completed in September
In September we completed numerous translation projects for our great clients including Louisiana State University. The project involved translating several documents from English into Arabic, EU French and Ukrainian. Each document was translated perfectly as always and the project was a huge success.
Another interesting translation project was for Michigan Department of Corrections who are a frequent client of ours. The project involved translating mail from Spanish and Arabic into English. The projects went seamlessly. We also completed an interpreting project for Michigan Department of Corrections in September, for 19 days of the month providing American Sign Language in order to assist inmates. Both projects went very well.
