How does it work?

You need us send us the document for review and quoting. You can send this to us by email, fax or on- line. We will send you a prompt quote and we need you to approve the project in writing so we can proceed.

What are the costs?

Each project is individually priced and based on several factors.
The prices are as follows:
Spanish $65.00, Most European: $75.00, Most Asian, Middle Eastern, and African $85.00, Exotics languages are priced individually. Certifications are priced at: $35.00 for all languages.

Do I need to get the translation certified?

For the great majority, the answer is yes. However, you need to contact the organization that you are submitting this to for their specific requirements.

What does the Certification mean?

ALS submits a Declaration/Affidavit certifying that the translation was completed accurately and then ALS then completes a Subscribing Witness form that is notarized.

Do I need to come to the office?

There is no need to come to our office. In fact, we do not accept "in-person, walk in traffic."

Do I need to send you an original document?

There is no need to send us an original document. The key is that the document needs to be a good clean copy so it is readable.

How do I receive the documents back?

The documents are sent back to you via email or post office mail.

What is the turnaround time to get the documents back?

2 to 3 days from time of approval

Can I get the translation done faster than 2 to 3 days?

Yes, there would be sur charge of $30 added for expedited same day or next day service.

How do I need to pay for the documents?

All fees are due in full before we send you the translation. We accept the following credit cards: American Express Visa, MasterCard & Discovery. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders.
